MICKLEOVER METHODIST CHURCH

The Mickleover Methodist Church Logo represents the Church reflecting the love of Christ on the Cross by welcoming the whole community to share in the Methodist Church Centre      prayer concerns

We would ask you to pray for the following concerns

Tolerance and understanding between faiths, including the work of the Open Centre in Derby
Refugees, particularly those in the Derby area and including the Derby South Circuit project which is providing some support
The Calcutta Diocese of the Church of North India which is in partnership with the Mickleover Churches

A Prayer contributed by the Outreach Team.

We continue to pray for all users of our premises, that they may feel God’s presence while taking part in their various activities.

We seek prayers for the Mickleover Churches Youth Trust currently seeking a new Youth Worker.

Also we pray for the Outreach Team that volunteers will come forward to help with the growing needs, both home and overseas, and that together we can also be open to those who seek to know more of the Christian faith.

We seek prayers for all who are in contact with young people, within the Church and the community.  Also, that the right people come forward to maintain the voluntary work within all sections of the uniformed groups.

We pray for strength for all who, during the next few weeks, will be reaching out to those in need by taking part in various charity-sponsored events.

Also, for the Church family, that together we may seek ways of reaching those in the community who seek to know more of about the Christian faith.

Amen

The Mickleover Churches have a prayer card listing issues and  organisations in Mickleover which are prayed for on a regular weekly cycle.

Please pray for them with us.

The Mickleover Churches also have an ecumenical Prayer Chain.
