cover is maintained at all times for the benefit of all parties in
relation to buildings, contents and public liability |

Ensure the lettings policy
is updated regularly to the benefit of all parties |

Negotiate
all lease agreements for the benefit of all parties and ensure they
are binding and adhered to |
